About PuntaDB
PuntaDB is a database of new-development inventory in Punta Cana, built for the real estate agents who sell it. It reads every developer’s own price list and turns them into one live, searchable inventory.
Who runs it
PuntaDB is operated by Nikola Nesic, an individual trader based in Belgrade, Serbia, as stated in our terms of service.
Where the data comes from
Every listing comes from a developer’s own price list. PuntaDB currently reads 62 projects in Cap Cana, Bávaro, Vista Cana, Macao and Bayahibe. Each reading is compared with the previous one; price moves and status changes are recorded with their dates, and anything that looks like a misreading is held back rather than published. Descriptions on the public project pages restate the developers’ brochures, official sites or press coverage; a developer is named only where one of those confirms it.
What is public and what is for agents
The public pages show each project’s availability, starting price, price range, median, delivery date and photos. Every unit with its own price, the developers’ price lists and floor plans, the price history and the tools to send homes to clients are for signed-in agents.
Corrections
If something on PuntaDB is wrong (a price, a status, a developer or a description), write to [email protected] and we will check it against the developer’s current price list.
