For real estate agents
Every developer in Punta Cana. Live availability. One place.
PuntaDB reads every developer’s own price list and shows what is available, at what price, and what changed since the last update. Stop opening sixty Google Drive folders, and stop quoting units that were reserved yesterday.
See it in action
Most agents choose Simple: big clear filters, one tap to send a client. Advanced adds every number. Both have the same homes, prices and clients, and you can switch at any time.
- Find a home by saying it, or with big filters
- The price, the payment plan and the price list in one view
- Send your picks to a client on WhatsApp
- The full table, the map and every sheet’s age
- Price moves, demand and market intelligence
- A morning briefing of what changed overnight
The one-minute tour of Simple. The listings are the live inventory; the agent and clients are sample data.
The two-minute tour of Advanced, with the same sample agent.
What you get
- Every price list, one tablePrice, $/m², delivery, commission and how fresh the sheet is, for every unit in every project. Filter, sort, see it on the map.
- Search like you talkType what the client said, in English or Spanish: "2 bed in Cap Cana under 450k". The search reads the budget, bedrooms, area, view and delivery.
- What changed since the last updatePrice cuts to pitch, projects where prices rise, units back on sale and units just reserved, after every update.
- The source, one click awayEach listing links to the exact price list it was read from, so you can check before you quote.
- Collections for clientsPick units, add a note and send a link. Your client sees photos, plans and prices you chose, and can search inside it.
- Alerts by emailSave a search and get an email after an update when units that match it appear or change price.
How the data is kept right
- PuntaDB reads each developer’s current price list, wherever the developer publishes it.
- Every unit is compared with the previous reading: a price move or a status change is recorded with its date.
- A change that looks like a misreading is held back for review instead of being published.
- The price list itself stays attached, so you can always check the source.
Your questions
Is PuntaDB free?
Yes, during the beta every agent who signs in gets full access with no card. Paid plans will come later, and we will tell you before anything changes.
Where does the inventory come from?
From each developer’s own price list: the spreadsheets, PDFs and shared folders developers send to agents. PuntaDB reads them, compares each reading with the last one, and holds back anything that looks like a misreading instead of publishing it.
How often is it updated?
Several times a week. Every page shows the date of the last update; the latest was 19 October 2026.
Can my clients see it?
You choose what they see: build a collection for a client and send the link. The full inventory, prices and price lists stay in your account.
Is it in Spanish?
Yes. The whole product works in English and Spanish, and the search understands both.
