How it works
The transfer tax (3% of the higher of price and DGII appraisal) is normally the buyer’s and by far the largest line; a CONFOTUR project removes it on first transfer. Attorney, notary and registry costs vary, so this calculator uses your quotes rather than a guess. In a new development the agent’s commission is built into the price.
