How it works
Most developers credit the reservation against the signing payment, as this calculator does; check your promise of sale, which governs the schedule. Instalments are spread evenly between signing and delivery. Every project page on PuntaDB shows the developer’s stated plan, for example on the projects list.
Before paying, read buying as a foreigner: what happens to your money if the project stops, and whether payments go to a trust (fideicomiso).
