How it works

Gross yield is a year of rent divided by the price; net subtracts management, platform fees, maintenance dues, utilities, cleaning, insurance, repairs and tax. Caribbean demand is seasonal: use a whole-year occupancy, not peak season. Rental income is taxable in the Dominican Republic even with CONFOTUR.

An estimate for planning, not legal or tax advice. Confirm figures with a Dominican attorney and the DGII before you rely on them.
